How long does it take to receive my order?
Each of our products is hand-crafted and made to order just for you within 5-7 business days. Custom and large orders take 7-10 days. Please allow an additional 3 days for shipping. Please be aware that processing and shipments can sometimes be delayed.

Can I place a custom order for a party or event?
Absolutely! Custom orders can be created for all of our products. Additonial fees will apply. Please contact our customer service department: email@example.com
What if my order arrives and it is damaged?
If your order has arrived and is damaged, please contact our customer service directly via email: firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone: 813-773-6846. You will be asked to provide photos of damages/spills and submit them within 24 hours of contacting us.
Are your products for sensitive skin?
Just Jada uses natural and organic ingredients. It is recommended to do a patch test on your skin if you are prone to allergies or extreme sensitivites.
How can I find out my order status?
Create an account to keep track of previous orders and products you love. When placing your order, you will receive an order number that can be used to track your order. You will also receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
How do I qualify for free shipping?
All domestic orders (within the U.S.) qualify for free shipping when the order total is over $85.
I need my order in a rush. Can it be expedited?
You have the option, during checkout, to choose your shipping speed. Please note, Just Jada cannot guarantee an arrival date for your order. We will provide you with an estimated delivery time. However, delays with the postal service can occur.
