Shipping policy

Each of our products is hand-crafted and made to order just for you within 5-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).  Custom and large orders take 7-10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed after 2PM, during normal business hours, will be processed the next day. Please allow additional time for shipping. The timing of your delivery is contingent upon the shipping method you select upon checkout. Please be aware that processing and shipments can sometimes be delayed.

You will receive an email with your tracking information once your order has been fulfilled. Please refer to this email to track the status of your package.
